It’s that voice in my head that says, “You need to do more, be more, and never make a mistake.” It’s driven me to achieve, but it’s also kept me on a never-ending hamster wheel, where no matter how much I accomplish, I’m left feeling drained and unsatisfied. I’ve worked on countless projects where the solutions are so obvious, so clear. And yet, time and again, I’ve watched those solutions go unadopted—or worse, delayed until they lose their impact. The frustration is real. I want to shake people and say, “Can’t you see? This is the answer!” But in those moments of exasperation, I realize I’m not so different.
